1. Terms of Sale

1.1 Consumer Rights

Your purchase of goods from Airtight Fridge Seals is subject to Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies implied by law that cannot be excluded.

1.2 Pricing, Taxes & Errors

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Technical Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect technical specifications due to a system bug or typographical error, Airtight Fridge Seals reserves the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or void any orders placed for that product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If your payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued immediately.

1.3 Orders & Account Security

Submission of an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or supply chain constraints. If you create an account on our website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and ensuring all information provided is accurate.

2. Payments & Order Cancellations

We accept secure payments via major Credit Cards and PayPal. Payment is processed immediately upon order submission.

Strict Cancellation Policy: Due to the rapid turnaround times of our workshop, most seals enter production or are cut immediately after payment verification. Once production or cutting has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, altered, or amended by the customer.

3. Customer-Supplied Measurements

STRICT CUSTOM POLICY: Any seals manufactured or cut based on customer-provided dimensions, model numbers, or profile selections are produced strictly according to the data submitted by the customer. Except where required under the Australian Consumer Law for structural defects in materials, **all custom-measured or cut-to-order seals are 100% non-returnable and non-refundable**. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure all dimensions are accurate in millimetres prior to submission.
