Airtight Fridge Seals
OUR GUARANTEE: If we supply an incorrect seal due to OUR INTERNAL ERROR, or the item arrives faulty/damaged under Australian Consumer Law guarantees, we will replace it 100% Free of Charge. We cover all return postage costs and guarantee prompt dispatch of the replacement or a full refund.
1. Delivery & Address Accuracy
Free Express Shipping: We proudly offer complimentary Express Postage Australia-wide on all completed, successful orders as a promotional waiver.
INCORRECT ADDRESS & RETURN TO SENDER (RTS) POLICY: Please double-check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We ship strictly to the details provided.
- If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect/incomplete address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the post office, the parcel will not be re-dispatched until additional redelivery postage fees are paid by the customer.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to customer address error and the customer requests a cancellation instead of redelivery, the promotional free shipping is voided. The actual outbound Express Postage cost incurred by us plus a $15 Return to Sender (RTS) recovery fee (charged by Australia Post) will be deducted from the final refund.
Carrier Delays: Shipping and transit times are estimates provided by carriers. Delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for a cancellation, waiver of return fees, or a full refund.
2. Incorrect Order or Change of Mind
Because most fridge seals are manufactured or cut to order, we are not legally obligated under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind, incorrect fitment choice, or customer ordering errors. Any return accepted in this scenario is strictly discretionary. If a return is approved by management, the following terms apply:
- Outbound Postage Deduction: The promotional "Free Shipping" waiver is voided. The actual cost of the initial Express Postage incurred by us to ship the item to you will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Return Freight: The customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for return freight to our workshop using a secure, trackable shipping service.
- Condition of Goods: Items must be 100% unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging and resalable condition. If the item is marked, stretched, or soiled, the return will be rejected.
3. Custom / Measured-to-Order Seals
Strict Policy: Seals manufactured based on customer-supplied measurements or custom profiles are strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. Please verify all dimensions carefully in millimetres before submitting your order, as production begins immediately and cannot be reversed.
