Shipping Costs

The same shipping rates apply Australia-wide across all profiles, for both household and commercial products. Choose Standard or Express Shipping. Rates do not differ between single seals and combo kits. All shipping charges shown include GST.

The first item costs A$18.95 Standard or A$22.95 Express to ship. Add A$2.00 for each additional item under either service. A combo kit counts as one item, even if it contains multiple seals. Buying two units of a product counts as two items.

Your shipping options and total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment. All rates above include GST.

Shipping Coverage

We ship throughout Australia, including metropolitan, regional and remote destinations.

Delivery to regional or remote locations may take longer than the estimated delivery periods shown above.

International shipping is not currently available through our website.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 pm AWST, Monday to Friday are generally processed and dispatched on the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm AWST, on weekends or on public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Our normal dispatch days are Monday to Friday, excluding Western Australian public holidays.

Same-day dispatch is subject to product availability and normal order processing requirements.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: approximately 3–9 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, regional or remote delivery requirements, carrier operations, public holidays, peak delivery periods, weather events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will normally be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Tracking information may take some time after dispatch to become active in the carrier's tracking system.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your street number, street name, suburb, state, postcode and contact phone number before submitting your order.

If an order cannot be delivered or is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, an additional shipping charge may apply before the order is sent again.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please first check the tracking information supplied with your dispatch notification.

If the tracking information does not resolve the issue, contact us with your order number and tracking number and we will assist you in investigating the delivery.
